St John

Nearly 80% of the island is US National ParkThere is no airport, no traffic lights, and streetlights are sparse. With a small population of 4000, it is a huge tourist destination and boasts famous National Park beaches like Trunk Bay, Caneel Bay, etc. Many reefs for great snorkeling, and trails for hiking through the National Park.

Properties are rare & pricey, with an average cost is over seven figures. So be it, that’s the price of living in the perfect climate with an idyllic setting. Upon this hill, which is 500 ft ASL, and the lowest temp recorded over the last 14 years has been 68 degrees (lowest) and 83 (highest). Perfect!

Located in a very peaceful, protected, and hidden valley, hence the name Peaceful Cottages. These cottages are very strongly built which was proven during hurricane Irma’s 240 m.p.h. winds in 2017. They came through without any damage. They’re strong and an excellent place to hide during any storms.

Cottage 02

The Larger of the two rentals, the patio on this cottage is large and includes a full kitchen on the patio, lounging area, breakfast table and chairs. Inside is a king bed, desk and chair, dresser, futon and good size cabinet, bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC.

Cottage 01

The cottage is bright and airy and is set up for 2 people. There is a nice patio with swing bench a table area and a space for a barbecue. There is a fully equipped kitchenette inside, and a bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

Keepers Cottage

Surrounded by rock walls, and fencing for privacy. There is a large undercover 3 car carport/lounge/kitchen/workshop and barbeque area, whatever you make of it! With a large brand new washer and a large propane dryer hidden in its own covered area, behind the apartment.

Inside there are 4 separate areas. Living/kitchen, bathroom/shower, bedroom, and a workshop (which can covert to small bedroom)Also, a covered workshop at the rear.
